Daniel A. DeMarco co-chairs the firm's Creditors' Rights, Reorganization and Bankruptcy Practice Group. He represents creditors, both secured and unsecured, creditor's committees, indenture trustees, trustees and debtors in numerous reorganization proceedings.
Dan is certified in the practice of business bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification which is sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Commercial Law League of America. He serves as a member of the board of trustees for the Ohio Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, and is the 6th Circuit Editor for the ABA Bankruptcy & Insolvency Litigation Committee. Dan is a panel member and author for the American Bankruptcy Institute, Turnaround Management Association, National Business Institute, Executive Enterprise Programs, and state and local bar associations on creditors' rights, collections and bankruptcy topics.
